The Ten Percent Foundation is a charitable trust donating 10% of net profits from companies committed to the principle of charitable giving as a social responsibility for business. Our commitment to annual charitable donations is set out in our companies’ Articles of Association. Our aim is to ensure healthy growth for all of our companies whilst spending 10% of income supporting charitable causes in the UK and Africa.

About us

The Ten Percent Foundation is a charitable trust based in the UK.

It was established to donate 10% of the Ten Percent Group’s annual profits.

Our Story

The Ten Percent Foundation has been managing the charitable donations of the Ten Percent Group of websites for over 20 years.

We research and identify smaller charities in the UK and Africa who can ideally precisely determine a project or use for our company’s money.

Our Work

We decide how the money donated by the Ten Percent group of companies is spent.

Our clients and service users nominate charities and small organisations.

We also identify charities, promote them to our clients and explain what the money will go towards.

Trustees

Jonathan Fagan

Founder of Ten-Percent.co.uk Limited, Jonathan Fagan Business Brokers Limited and TP Transcription Limited. A non-practising solicitor, Jonathan set up the Ten Percent Foundation in 2002.

Jeremy Fagan

Trustee of the Ten Percent Foundation for over ten years. Jeremy is a vicar in the Church of England Liverpool Diocese, a trustee of several charities and a school governor in Kirkby.

Anna Gresty

Managing Director of TP Transcription Limited, one of the companies directly linked to the Ten Percent Foundation. A former primary school teacher, Anna has two children, one with a heart condition, and she has a keen interest in charities supporting children with health issues.

Each year, we donate 10% of our net profits to the Foundation, which is a registered Charitable Trust in the UK (reg no 1095812). This practice follows the tithe principle from medieval times. However, no links exist between our company, the charity, or any religion and we actively avoid donating to charities connected to any particular religion.
The Directors of Ten-Percent.co.uk Limited are strong advocates of corporate responsibility. We firmly believe that businesses worldwide can make a significant impact by promoting philanthropy.
