At the Ten Percent Foundation, our mission is to create meaningful change by supporting charities and organisations that align with our core values. Each year we carefully select charities based on strict criteria ensuring our contribution make the most meaningful impact possible.
In 2025, we have proudly supported a diverse range of charities that are driving positive change on local, national and global scales across the UK and Africa.
Below you’ll find a list of the charities we’ve donated to so far this year .

Charity Focus

The charity deals with a range of work that appeals to us and fits within our criteria.

Charity Motive

The charity has no ulterior motive, e.g. religious teachings or political leanings.

Charity Ethics

The charity appeals to do some good, does not exist simply to raise money, hoard cash or spend it frivolously.

Salary Requirements

The charity pays its staff a reasonable and not excessive level of remuneration. For us, the top level is £85,000. We would only expect to see 1 or 2 staff members on salaries of more than £60,000.
