Flintshire & Denbighshire Conditional Grants Scheme

Conditional Grants available to small charities and sports associations for up to £750

The Ten Percent Foundation is proud to support local communities by providing funding to charities and sports clubs. Our commitment to empowering organizations in Denbighshire and Flintshire has led to establishing a new initiative designed to offer targeted financial assistance.

To date, we have given away over £200k to charities in the UK and Africa, with several charities and sports clubs in Denbighshire and Flintshire benefiting from small grants. Some of the recipients include Clwyd Riding for the Disabled, a COVID book club in Northop, Mynydd Isa & Maeshafn Cricket Club in Mold, Flying High Trampoline Club in Denbigh, Halkyn Cricket Club, Northop Hall Girls & Ladies FC, and many others.

In our ongoing efforts to support the local community, we have launched a small conditional grants scheme. This initiative is specifically accessible to charities and sports clubs in Flintshire and Denbighshire, allowing them to apply for conditional grants of up to £750 for specific items of equipment. The condition attached to these grants is that if the item of equipment is sold or disposed of within a certain period (typically 5 or 10 years, depending on the equipment), the proceeds must be proportionately returned to the Ten Percent Foundation. This scheme ensures that our contributions continue to support the community effectively and sustainably.
